To reconstitute the NAD+ pull up 10mls in provided syringe and inject it into NAD+ vial. When you are ready to inject yourself use a provided alcohol swap and wipe the top of the NAD vial. With provided insulin syringe pull up 33 units of air and inject in NAD vial. Turn vial upside down and pull up 33 units of the NAD+. Wipe any area of subcutaneous fat, such as abdomen or under arms, with alcohol swap and inject the NAD at a slight angle while slightly pinching the fat. Before pulling the syringe out release the pinched fat and then pull out your syringe! All done!
